Role Description

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP Convergent Charging.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Convergent Charging, SAP BRIM, and related technologies is essential.
• This involves designing and implementing charging models, including charge plans, charges, pricing macros, refill plans, and refill logic.
• Proficiency in SAP CC configuration and customization.
• Managing the catalog of chargeable and charged items, including creating and monitoring billable and consumption items.
• Maintaining master data related to Convergent Charging, such as BIT/CIT classes, billing processes, and invoicing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CC configurations and integrations.
• Loading and managing event data records that trigger charging actions.
• Posses decent understanding on SOAP webservices.
• Understanding and potentially working with Convergent Invoicing processes to manage billable items and generate invoices.
• Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure solution reliability.
• Strong understanding of billing, rating, and charging processes.
• Client facing experience, especially in gathering requirements and demonstrating solutions, can be an advantage.
