Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Recruitment Specialist based in India. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases, planning recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifying Experience
• Skills in IT Recruitment and Functional teams
• Experience in meeting time-bound hiring targets and mass hiring
• Strong Communication and Recruiting skills
• Experience in managing the entire recruitment cycle
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring teams
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
